Subjects of the seminar (28th Feb,time 10-14, price £25):
- positions; mountain position, side (two options), north-south.
>strikes from those positions and protection against them.
>quick changes from one position to other
-escapes from holding on the ground ( with arm bars or chokes as a option)
-defence against strikes and kicks, chokes.
-arm bars from different positions.
-how to move from the choke to arm bar or other way.
Of course cardio, flexibility, power and hope fun.( beer as a extra option after the seminar;-)
I get emails with questions about take downs in krav maga, my suggestions is that next seminar probably April or May will aiming this subject.

There will be a seminar on the 13th of december held at the usual training ground , The Arena in Colchester, from 10am till 2 pm (10:00-14:00) at a cost of £25
It will cover groundwork: armlocks, leglocks and escapes, position in groundwork and strikes, defences against kicks from ground and take downs.
Last session of the year so make the most of it before stuffing in too many mince pies, Hope to see you all there and for drinks afterwards

As I’m sure most of you are aware Eyal is unable to make the seminar on friday but we are lucky enough to have Amnon Darsa visiting us. The seminar will be from 6-9pm on friday the 4th of september at the Arena, Circular Road East, Colchester.

The Krav Maga grading is divided into 4 categories these are Practitioner, Graduate, Expert and Master. Each level has it own badges of merit and are colour coded.
Practitioner Level
These are Krav Maga students. Student’s uniforms have white trim & designs (badges, print & stripes). Their grading patches are gold with black bars representing their level i.e. 1 bar = Practitioner Level 1 (P1).

SEMINAR 25 APRIL- defence against agressor with stick and use stick in self-defence
You will learn how defence yourself against agressor or agressors armed with stick on difference levels: stand up, seating, from the ground and from different directions including tactic and strategy to make your position during fight more sefe and give you chance to escape from danger situation. You will learn also how use a stick to make ambar, choke somobody with stick or how to escape if sombody is using stick to choke you.
